Do I need an account to shop?
You can shop using the options available at checkout. Creating an account can make it easier to manage orders and customer information.
How do I place an order?
Select an item and available size, add it to your bag and complete checkout with your delivery and payment details.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact e-services@alostouraworld.com as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun.
Are products authentic?
Al Ostoura World sells authentic merchandise sourced through its luxury retail and brand relationships.

Which payment methods are accepted?
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination or payment provider.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed through secure payment providers. Never send complete card details by email or customer-service message.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We deliver within Kuwait and to many international destinations, subject to destination restrictions.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery within Kuwait is free. International shipping is free for orders over KWD 250; otherwise the applicable charge is shown at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are normally filled within 2 working days. See our Shipping page for destination estimates.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking information is provided after dispatch where available.
Will I need to sign for delivery?
Yes. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Returns & Exchanges
How long do I have to return an item?
Kuwait orders: 14 days from receipt. International orders: 28 days from receipt, subject to the conditions in our Exchange & Return policy.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Email e-services@alostouraworld.com with your name, Commercial Invoice Number and item references.
What condition must returned items be in?
Items must be unused and returned with original designer tags, labels and packaging intact.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where applicable. Bank processing time can vary.
