Getting your order to you safely and efficiently is our priority. We offer complimentary delivery within Kuwait and international delivery to many destinations.
Shipping Costs
Delivery is free for all orders within Kuwait. International shipping is free for orders over KWD 250. For international orders below KWD 250, the applicable shipping charge is calculated according to destination and package weight and shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates are approximate working days. Customs procedures, carrier delays, public holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
Important Information
- All orders require a signature upon receipt.
- Taxes and duties are not included in the final price and may be payable by the customer, depending on destination and applicable rules.
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes unless you or an authorised representative is available to sign and pay any applicable duties and taxes.
- If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address or unsuccessful delivery attempts attributable to the customer, the customer may be responsible for associated costs, including duties, taxes and return shipping.
